Of the six windows in the south aisle, five are devoted to the lives of people surrounding Jesus who were close to him during his life. Only the Vendome Chapel window does not date from the 13th century. This window was given by Louis de Bourbon, Count of Vendome, in 1417. The other five date back to the 13th century and were given by merchant guilds.
